摘要 目的对宝鸡市放射工作人员个人剂量监测异常结果进行调查,分析所致原因及不同行业过量照射情况。方法对2010和2011年单次监测结果达到调查水平的人员进行调查,针对过量照射的原因进行判定和统计分析。结果 2 a共监测放射工作人员2 978人次,达到调查水平的有76人;其中实际过量照射人次占异常结果人次的52.63%,从事介入、核医学工作人员过量照射率明显高于其他医用职业类别,从事工业用非密封源工作人员过量照射率明显高于其他工业应用。结论介入、核医学、非密封源同位素应用工作过程中接受过量照射的可能性较高。 [ Objective ] To investigate the abnormal results of individual dose monitoring of radiation workers in Baoji City, and ana- lyze the reasons and excessive radiation in different industries. [ Methods ] The radiation workers with single monitoring result met the investigated level in 2010 and 2011 were investigation. Excessive radiation reasons were identified and analyzed statistically. [ Results] A total of 2 978 person times was monitored radiation in 2 years, with 76 meeting the investigated levels, among which 52.63% had actually excessive radiation. Excessive radiation rate in interventional operation, nuclear medicine was higher than it in other medical careers. Excessive radiation rate of workers engaged in industrial unsealed source was higher than that of workers with other industrial careers. [ Conclusion ] The possibility of excessive radiation in interventional operation, nuclear medicine and unsealed source isotope applications is relatively high.
