沧州市中石化加油站作业人员职业健康检查结果

Health examination results of workers in sinopec gas stations of Cangzhou City

目的通过了解沧州市中石化公司接触职业病危害因素人员的身体状况,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法对接触职业病危害因素的1 302名加油站职工进行职业健康检查。结果 45.5%的人血脂增高,10.4%的人血糖增高,16.7%的人血常规异常,9.8%的人尿常规检验结果异常(其中尿糖阳性21人),4.2%的人出现不同程度的转氨酶活力增高,3.3%的人心电图检查结果异常,3.9%的人出现不同程度的血压增高,12.3%的人B超检查结果异常。结论该公司应改善作业环境,提高防护措施,控制有害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。

[ Objective]To understand the health status of workers with occupational exposure in sinopec gas stations of Cangzhou City, and provide scientific evidence for its control. [ Methods ] Occupational health examination was performed on 1 302 gas station workers with occupational hazards exposure. [ Results] The results showed that 45.5% had elevated serum lipid, 10.4% had ele- vated blood glucose, 16.7% had abnormal blood routine examination results, 9.8% had abnormal urine routine examination results （ 21 of urine-glucose positive} , 4.2% had increased transaminase activity in various degree, 3.3% had abnormal ECG, 3.9% had elevated blood pressure, 12.3% had abnormal B-ultrasound examination. [ Conclusion] this company should improve the environ- ment, enhance the measures for protection, control the concentration and intensity of hazards, so as to prevent the occurrence of oc- cupational diseases.
