环境空气中微量和痕量铅的压力消解罐—石墨炉原子吸收测定法 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立样品处理简便、适用于基层实验室测定空气中铅的方法。方法采用压力消解罐处理微孔采样滤膜,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定空气中铅含量。结果环境空气中铅的方法检出限为0.003 6μg/m3,方法线性范围在0.2~100.0ng/ml,线性相关系数为0.999 62,测定含量为20 ng/ml的铅标准溶液,精密度RSD为2.36%,样品加标回收率为97.6%~101.7%。结论该方法灵敏度、准确度高,操作简便,具有较低的检出限,能满足基层实验室测定空气中铅含量的测定工作。 [ Objective ] To establish a simple and convenient method of sample treatment for the basic laboratory to detect lead level in the air. [ Methods] The microspore membrane filter used for samples collecting was primed by pressure digestion tank. The con- tent of air lead will be detected by using graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Results ] The detection limit of the meth- od for air lead was 0. 003 6μg/m3 , with a linear range of 0.2-100.0 ng/ml and linear correlation coefficient 0.999 62. When ap- plied to determine a 20 ng/ml lead standard solution, the obtained precision of RSD was 2. 36%, the recoveries were 97.6-101.7%. [ Conclusion] This method is sensitive, accurate, easy to operate and of low detection limit, therefore it can meet the basic laboratory demand for determination of air lead level.
