摘要
目的建立溶剂萃取—气相色谱法分析乳制品中香兰素和乙基香兰素的检测方法。方法研究改进乳制品中香兰素和乙基香兰素的溶剂萃取操作方法和气相色谱法分析条件及检测方法。结果香兰素和乙基香兰素检测结果的线性关系良好,线性方程分别为:Y=8.494 81e-1×X-3.268 92,r=0.998 6和Y=9.947 50 e-1×X-2.655 43,r=0.999 3;检测限低,香兰素和乙基香兰素的的检出限分别为2.24和3.13 mg/kg;重现性好,相对标准偏差在0.43%~8.13%之间;加标回收率在82%~93%之间。结论溶剂萃取—气相色谱法分析乳制品中香兰素和乙基香兰素具有准确性好、精密度高等优点,用该方法分析了18批次乳制品中的香兰素和乙基香兰素,得到了满意的结果。
[ Objective] To establish a method for determination of vanillin And ethyl vanillin in dairy products by solvent extraction and gas chromatography. [ Methods ] The improved method for determination of vanillin and ethyl vanillin in dairy products by sol- vent extraction was studied, as well as the analysis of conditions and detection method of gas chromatography. [ Results] The linear relationship about vanillin and ethyl vanillin was good. Linear equations were Y = 8. 494 81e-1 x X-3. 268 92, r = 0. 998 6 and Y=9. 947 50 e -1 xX-2. 655 43 ,r =0.999 3. The limit of detection was low. Vanillin and ethyl vanillin detection limits were 2.24 mg/kg and 3.13 mg/kg. The repeatability of method was good Detection of the relative standard deviations were generally ranged between 0. 43% -8.13% . The recoveries of detection were 82%-93%. [ Conclusion]Solvent extraction and gas chromatography a- nalysis of vanillin and ethyl vanillin in dairy products has good accuracy and high precision. The method has obtained satisfactory results in determining vanillin and ethyl vanillin in 18 batches of dairy products.
