上海市宝山区中小学生龋齿患病现况调查

Prevalence survey on dental caries among primary and middle school students in Baoshan District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市宝山区中小学生龋齿患病现状,为下一步制定防龋计划,采取有效的措施提供依据。方法随机抽取2011年该区中小学校各2所,共4 153名学生,按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》提出的标准进行调查。结果宝山区中小学生龋患率为55.19%,龋均1.61,小学生龋患率为67.22%,中学生为38.84%,小学高于中学;乳牙龋患率随年龄的增长而降低,恒牙龋患率随年龄的增长而增长;龋均随着年龄的增长而降低;充填比随着年龄的增长而增高。结论宝山区学生龋齿患病率处于较高水平,应加强学生的龋齿口腔健康教育工作。

[ Objective ] To understand the prevalence of dental caries among primary and middle school students in Baoshan District of Shanghai, provide the basis for making the caries prevention program and carrying out the effective measures. [ Methods ] Two primary schools and two middle schools were randomly sampled from Baoshan District in 2011,4 153 students were investigated ac- cording to standard of the Third national epidemiological survey of oral health programme. [ Results] The prevalence of dental caries among primary and middle school students was 55.19%, and the average caries was 1.61. The prevalence of dental caries in pri- mary middle school students （ 67.22% ） was higher than that in middle school students （ 38.84% }. The prevalence of dental caries of deciduous teeth decreased with increasing age, and that of permanent teeth increased with increasing age. The average caries decreased with increasing age, and the filling ratio increased with increasing age. [ Conclusion ] The prevalence of dental caries among students in Baoshan District is high, so it is important to strengthen the oral health education among students.
