眼外肌Pulley研究进展及分析

The Analysis and Development of the Research on the Extraocular Muscle Pulley

摘要 随着影像学、形态学、计算机等多学科在眼科的应用,眼外肌Pulley得以被发现并被应用于临床研究。眼外肌Pul-ley的应用使临床眼球运动Listing法则,前庭眼反射及双眼集合运动理论得到了较为全面的解释。在众多学科的研究基础上,眼外肌Pulley对某些复杂斜视的发病机制有了新的解释并对其临床治疗提供了新的手术方法。 With the application of many subjects such as radiology, morphology and computer in ophthalmology, extraocular muscle Pulley was discovered and applied in the clinic. It provided more comprehensive explanation to the Listing law, ves- tibulo--ocular reflex and convergent movement. Based on the research of the extraocular muscle pulley, new pathogenesis and surgery have developed for some strabismus
