摘要
临床实习阶段是医学生从学生向医生转变的重要阶段。理论学习阶段的思维是从病因到临床表现即由"因"及"果"的思维模式,而临床工作是由临床表现到病因的诊断方式,需要学生由"果"推"因"。因此,由"因"及"果"模式客观上给实习生的临床实践带来了困难,而基于临床症状的诊断和鉴别诊断的教学实习方法实现了由"果"及"因"的转变,可很好解决临床实践问题,并可培养医学生良好的临床思维习惯。
Clinical practice for medical students is an important stage of change from student to doctor. The thinking mode in theory study stage is from cause to the clinical manifestation, which objectively brings difficulty to intern. However, bedside practice teaching method based on symptom differential diagnosis can resolve these questions by changing the intern thinking mode from cause first to symptom first and cultivate medical students good clinical thinking habits.
