The Main Subjects of Humanistic Concern in Traditional Chinese Medicine about Childbirth and Nurturance Thinking

在中医产育思想中,充分体现了对女性的人文关怀。在求嗣方面,强调男女共同承担责任。妊娠期间,为保证顺利度过妊娠期,提倡避免性生活,并强调妊娠期间孕妇需专人照顾。分娩过程中,强调产房安静,禁止家庭成员以重男轻女的思想影响产妇的情绪。产褥期,强调了产妇家庭不应该把注意力全部放在新生儿身上,而忽视对产妇的将养。中医产育思想对于保护女性的健康与社会家庭地位起着重要作用。

Chinese traditional medicine gives full humanistic concern to women in childbirth and nurturance. The equality re- sponsibility for men and women about heirs was stressed. To ensure safely through whole pregnancy period, sexless life and giving specialist care to pregnant women were advocated. In the delivery process, quiet delivery environment and no value sons more pressure from family members were demanded. During puerperium, pay more attention to maternal after- care instead of only focusing on newborn child was required to the nursing family member. Birth and nurturanee thinking in Chinese traditional medicine plays an important protect role on protecting women＇s health and social family status.
