在美国哈佛医学院麻省总院神经外科访问期间,通过对周围各年资的神经外科住院医生学习和工作的观察,了解他们的专业培养模式,有很多值得我们学习和借鉴的地方。本文通过介绍美国神经外科住院医师培训的申请与选拔、培训内容及要求,并与国内神经外科住院医师培训的现状进行比较,提出目前国内神经外科住院医师培训制度的缺点,希望能够对国内神经外科住院医师培训制度的改革与发展有所帮助。

During the visit of the United States harvard medical school Massachusetts institute neurosurgery, through the observation of the seniority of neurosurgery residents study and work around, and understand their professional training mode, the writer feel that there are many worthy of our learning and reference. This paper introduce the United States neurosurgery resident training＇s application and selection, training contents and requirements, and compare with the do- mestic neurosurgery resident training＇s present situation, points out the current domestic neurosurgery resident training system＇s faults, and hope it can be helpful to domestic neurosurgery resident training system＇s reform and development.
