对糖尿病感觉障碍患者进行按摩护理的效果评价

Patients with Diabetic Sensory Disturbances Massage Treatments Effect Evaluation

探讨按摩护理对糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)导致上肢感觉异常患者的干预效果。选取160名有DPN上肢感觉障碍症状的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组80名,两组均为糖尿病饮食,进行降糖治疗,给予常规护理。试验组在此基础上由统一进行过中医按摩护理培训的护士进行上肢推拿,辅以局部穴位按摩及相应的健康教育指导,为期1个月。试验组与对照组比较,自觉症状明显好转,皮温升高并恢复正常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医按摩护理可以有效改善DPN患者的自觉症状,促进末梢血液循环,指端麻木等不适症状减轻或消失,皮温恢复正常。同时提高患者对护士工作满意度。

This is to investigate the effect of massage intervention on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） upper extremity paresthesias. Selected 160 patients with symptoms of DPN upper limb sensory disturbances were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, n=80.The two groups of patients were diabetic diet, hypoglycemic therapy and routine care. On this basis, the test group for upper limb massages unified Chinese massage treatments trained nurses operate. Supplemented by local acupuncture point massage, give appropriate health education and guidance, a period of one month. Experimental group compared with the control group, significant improvement in symptoms, skin temperature elevated and returned to normal, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Chinese massage treatments can be effective in improving the symptoms of patients with DPN, promote blood circulation, finger numbness symptoms reduce or disappear, skin temperature returned to normal, while improving the job satisfaction of patients to nurses.
