摘要
探讨南昌市三级甲等医院护士的同情心疲乏的状况和影响因素。采用便利抽样法,运用自制一般情况调查表和职业生活质量量表,对566名护士进行问卷调查。3个维度的得分:同情心满足(3.16±0.57)分、继发性创伤应激(2.72±0.55)分、身心耗竭(2.76±0.55)分。年龄和婚姻在同情心满足维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),职称在同情心满足和身心耗竭维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),人事性质在继发性创伤应激和身心耗竭上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),本科室工作时间在同情心满足和继发性创伤应激上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),工作职务和所在科室在三个维度上差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士和管理者应加强对同情心疲乏的关注,并采取有效的措施,提高护士的身心健康。
To investigate the level of compassion fatigue among nurses, totally 566 nurses were investigated by using demographic questionnaire and professional quality of life scale. The average score of the three subscales was that: 3.16±0.57(compassion satisfaction);2.72±0.55 (secondary traumatic stress); 2.76±0.55 (burnout).There were significant differences in compassion satisfaction and age and marital status (P〈0.05).The subscale score of compassion satisfaction and burnout varied with professional title (P〈0.01).There were significant differences in personnel properties and secondary traumatic stress and burnout (P〈0.05). The subscale score of compassion satisfaction and secondary traumatic stress varied with No.years in current specialty (P〈0.05).Moreover,the scores of the three subscales varied with jobs and usual area of work (P〈0.05). Nurses and nursing managers should pay attention to compassion fatigue and take action to improve nurses’ physical and psychological health.
