医师行业组织医德规范比较研究——以《医师条诫》和《医德守则》为例

A Comparative Study of Medical Ethics Formulated by Professional Associations between China and U.S.: A Case Study of the Code of Medical Ethics of the CMA and the Code of Medical Ethics of the AMA

《医师条诫》和《医德守则》分别是中美两国医学会颁布的伦理准则,均探讨了医学职业对医师的要求,医患关系、医际关系、医师的社会责任等内容,由于中美两国社会文化的差异,两部规范存在不同,反映出医德规范的制定,要结合社会实际情况,医德规范的实施需要多层次的制度保障,并且需要有效的监督的特点。

The Code of Medical Ethics of the Chinese Medical Association and the Code of Medical Ethics of the American Medical Association are the first documents on medical ethics formulated by the two organizations. They both discussed the requirements of medical profession to physicians, doctor-patient relationship, doctor-doctor relationship and the duty of physicians to the public. Meanwhile, their differences due to the different social conditions and cultures of the two countries. Social conditions should be taken into account when formulating medical ethics and necessary institution and effective supervision should be established.
