摘要
讨论船舶液压系统的组成和工作过程,对其控制要求进行详细的分析,根据其特点采用先进DSP技术实现其控制要求,着重介绍电气控制装置的软、硬件以及远程监测界面的设计。该控制装置全面采集液压系统的参数,设计精度高,响应速度快,并具有高可靠性,可较好实现船舶液压系统的自动控制。
This paper discusses the composition and working process of marine hydraulic system,and analyses the control requirements in detail, according to its characteristics adopts advanced DSP technology to realize its control requirements, emphatically introduces the electrical control equipment's hardware, software and remote monitoring interface design. The control device comprehensively collects the parameters of hydraulic system, it has high precision design, fast response and high reliability, realizes the marine hydraulic system of automatic control primely.
