摘要
对调整垫板的接触刚度进行了分析,并选取典型机械隔振系统下层隔振器调整垫板为研究对象,浇注制作了3种不同材质环氧树脂调整垫板,应用动态试验机,分别对3种环氧树脂调整垫板和金属调整垫板与典型隔振器组合的组件的动刚度进行了测试,得到了调整垫板与典型隔振器组件的动刚度的影响规律,为环氧树脂浇注垫板的实船应用提供参考。
This paper takes lower isolator adjustment plate of the typical machinery vibration isolation system as a research object, it made adjustment plates out of three kinds of different epoxy materials and analyses the contact stiffness of the adjustment plate. Applying dynamic stiffness test equipment, it is that tests the dynamic stiffness of the combined vibration isolator with three kinds of epoxy and metal adjustment plate, respectively. It finds influence rules of the dynamic stiffness on the adjustment plate and the typical isolator assembled. It is that provide reference for application of epoxy plate in the shipbuilding.
