识别直接竞争对手是做好竞争情报工作的一个非常重要的环节,KFE是定量识别直接竞争对手的方法。文章提出了KFE的定义,重点分析了使用KFE的关键——企业竞争力因素的确定方法和其权重的分配方法,并结合案例介绍KFE的具体使用,然后根据KFE的结果对本企业进行诊断,并提出了改进的建议。

Direct competitor identification is a very important part of competitive intelligence. KFE is a method of identify- ing quantitatively direct ccmpetltors. After defining the concept of KFE, the thesis elaborated how to choose cnpetillveness factors and how to assign weight and then introduced how to use K- FE by combining concrete cases. Finally, the author diagnosed the enterprise according to the result of and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
