全髋关节置换治疗髋关节创伤性骨关节炎

Total hip replacement in the treatment of traumatic osteoarthritis of the hip

目的:探讨全髋关节置换应用于髋关节创伤性骨关节炎的方法和效果,并加以总结。方法:选择髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者75例为研究对象,A组43例对象为治疗组,给予全髋关节置换方法进行治疗;B组32例对象为对照组,给予传统螺钉内固定术方法进行治疗。结果:经治疗,A组治疗组对象病症改善优于B组,切口愈合优于B组,Harris评分及有效率均高于B组,并发症比例低于B组。结论:全髋关节置换应用于髋关节创伤性骨关节炎,效果显著。

Objective To explore the application of total hip replacement for hip joint traumatic arthritis and the effect of the method,andsummarize.Methods Choice of traumatic osteoarthritis of hip in 75 cases studied,43 cases in group A object for the treatment group,gives the total hip arthroplasty were treated;32 cases in group B object for the control group,given the traditional screw fixation for treatment of.Results After treatment,A group treatment group object symptom improvement than that of B group,incision healing superior to group B,Harris score and the effective rate were higher than those in B group,the proportion of complications is lower than B group.Conclusion Total hip replacement is applied to the hip traumatic osteoarthritis,obvious effect.
