不同内固定方式治疗股骨颈基底部内收型骨折的临床对比分析

The clinical comparative analysis of different internal fixation treatment fortreating adduction femoral neck fractures

目的:探讨不同内固定方式治疗股骨颈基底部内收型骨折的临床对比效果。方法:股骨颈基底部内收型骨折患者48例根据手术方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各24例,对照组患者进行闭合复位小切口空心加压螺钉固定,治疗组患者进行人工股骨头换术。结果:治疗组的住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组优良率为87.5%,对照组优良率为62.5%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统内固定方式,人工股骨头换术治疗股骨颈基底部内收型骨折能提高治疗优良率,减少创伤,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical comparative effects of different internal fixation treatment for treating adduction femoral neck fractures.Methods 48 cases of adduction femoral neck fractures were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different surgical methods,the control group were given closed reduction and small incision hollow compression screw fixation,the treatment group were treated with artificial femoral head surgery.Results The treatment group of hospital stay, operative time,blood loss were significantly less than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Follow-up of 3 months,the excellent rate of treatment group was 87.5%,so that was 62.5% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Compared to traditional fixed,artificial femoral head change treatment for femoral neck fractures can improve the therapeutic excellent rate,reduce trauma, should be widely applied.
