呼吸机相关性肺炎危险因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析重症监护病房(ICU)呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生的相关危险因素,探讨VAP的防治措施。方法:对55例行人工机械通气的ICU住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对VAP发生的相关危险因素进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析结果显示,机械通气时间、非感染性慢性肺疾病、气管切开、意识状态、联合使用抗生素在VAP组及非VAP组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归法分析表明,机械通气时间、意识状态、抗生素联合应用是VAP发生的独立相关因素危险因素。结论:机械通气时间≥3 d、意识状态、抗生素联合应用≥2种是VAP发生的独立危险因素,对这些危险因素加以重点评估和合理控制可以预防VAP的发生。
