本文简要介绍了网络题库的优势和基本特点，并阐述了一个基于ＷＥＢ的题库系统的体系结构、基本功能、组卷算法及它的发展方向。
This article briefly intruduces the advantages and characters of the network test bank system, and the basic sysytem structure, basic function of the test bank system based on WEB, and test paper compiling and calculation method and the development tendency.
