ICU护士照顾谵妄患者职业压力与痛苦的质性研究

Qualitative study on the ICU nurses＇ work load on caring ICU delirium patients

目的旨在了解ICU护士照顾谵妄患者过程中所面临的问题及护士的护理体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法，对11名临床ICU护士进行一对一的半结构式深入访谈。结果采用Colaizzi’的现象学分析法升华出3个关于ICU护士照顾谵妄患者职业压力与痛苦的主题：医、护、患合作不通畅；职业伤害；加重身心负荷。结论ICU护士照顾谵妄患者中面临着较大的职业压力和痛苦，需要管理人员的关注、患者家属的理解和团队的支持。

Objective To explore the experience and nursing problem of caring delirium patients of ICU nurses. Methods A qualitative research was conducted in 11 ICU nurses by in-depth interview. The whole interview was recorded and noted and the data was analyzed according to the Colaizzi＇ s phenomenological procedure. Results The term of occupational stress and pain of ICU nurses can be classified into 3 aspects including unsmooth cooperation, employment injuries, and work load. Conclusions It is suggested that more attention should be pay to the ICU nurses for occupational stress and pain of caring delirium patients.
