摘要
目的探讨护士工作能力与心理因素的关系。方法采用工作能力指数(WAI表)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及个性特征和社会支持量表,对佛山市某三甲医院418名护士进行调查。结果不同工作能力等级的护士的症状自评分及自尊感和社会支持评分的差异有统计学意义(F值分别为25.90,14.02;P〈0.01);工作能力指数与SCL-90总分及各因子均呈负相关(P〈0.01),工作能力指数与缺乏社会支持呈负相关(P〈0.01);自尊感与工作能力指数呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论症状自评总分及其各个因子得分越低,工作能力越高,社会支持和较强的自尊感是提高工作能力的有利因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between work ability and mental factors in nurses. Methods Totals of 418 nurses in one Grade A hospital were investigated with WAI questionnaire, Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Occupational Stress Inventory (OSI). Results Nurses with different level of work ability had significantly different SCL-90 score, Self-esteem and social support score ( F = 25. 90, 14.02, respectively;P 〈 0. 01 ). There was an significantly negative correlation between the WAI and the General Symptomatic Index and its each factor (P 〈 0.01 ). WAI was negatively related with social support, while positive related with self-esteem (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Among nurses, The score of General Symptomatic Index and it' s each factor more higher,the work ability more weaker. Social Supports and stronger Self-esteem are beneficial factors for the work ability.
