护理临床实习总带教带教方法和技巧的应用及影响因素 被引量:10

Situation and influencing factors of teaching methods and techniques of clinical general nursing teacher

摘要 目的了解护理临床实习总带教带教方法和技巧的应用现状并分析影响因素,提高临床护理带教质量。方法使用自行设计的调查问卷对护理临床实习总带教进行调查。结果应用率最高的带教方法为护生综合能力培养的方法(77.6%),得分为(2.95±0.68)分,批判性思维培训、PBL教学法、应用临床路径和应用循证护理的方法应用率低于50%。专科护士经历、师资培训经历、带教进展关注状况不同的临床实习总带教老师,其带教方法和技巧应用现状调查表总分比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.703,2.242,3.255;P〈0.05)。经多元线性回归分析,关注带教进展、是否专科护士和师资培训经历为影响带教方法和技巧应用的独立因素(F=8.932,P〈0.01)。结论通过对带教新进展的关注、专科护士培训以及定期的师资培训提高临床实习总带教对带教方法的应用能力,有利于临床带教质量的提高。 Objective To explore the situation and influencing factors of teaching methods and techniques of clinical general nursing teacher so as to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey on clinical general nursing teachers. Results The method with highest application rate was comprehensive capacity training of nursing students ( 77.6% ) and the score was ( 2.95± 0.68 ). The application rate of critical thinking training, problem-based learning, application of clinical pathway and application of evidence-based nursing were less than 50%. The scores of teaching methods and techniques application of teachers with different teaching training experience, whether concerning with teaching progress, whether specialist nurse were significantly different ( t = 2. 703,2. 242,3. 255, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that concerning with teaching progress, specialist nurse, teaching training experience were independent influencing factors of teaching methods and techniques application ( F = 8. 932 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Concerning about of new progress teaching, specialist nurse training and regular teacher training can improve application ability of teaching methods and techniques, so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
