慢性前列腺炎／慢性骨盆疼痛综合征对心理和性功能的影响

The effects of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes on mental and sexual function

目的探索慢性前列腺炎／慢性骨盆疼痛综合征（CP／CPPS）对心理和性功能的影响。方法以147例临床诊断为CP／CPPS的患者为研究对象，应用症状自评量表SCL一90、勃起功能国际指数5（11EF.5）进行评价，并与我国常模比较，分析CP／CPPS对心理和性功能的影响。结果患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性4项因子明显高于我国常模（P〈0.05）。CP／CPPS患者中性功能障碍的发生率明显增高，为45.8％；且〈35岁组性功能障碍的发病率明显高于≥35岁组。患者CP／CPPS的严重程度与心理障碍的严重程度呈正相关，但与性功能障碍的严重程度无相关性。结论临床针对CP／CPPS治疗时，需要常规重视针对精神症状及性功能症状的治疗，这将有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective Explore the effects of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes （CP/CPPS） on mental and sexual function. Methods Total of 147 patients with clinical diagnosis of CP/CPPS were enrolled in the study, SCL-90 and International Index of Erectile Function 5（IIEF-5） were used to evaluate the effects of CP/ CPPS to mental and sexual function compared as that of china norm. Results Indexes such as somatization, depression, anxiety and psychosis of patients were significantly higher than that of the norm in china （P〈0.05）. The incidence of sexual dysfunction of patients with CP/CPPS was significantly increased, and the incidence of sexual dysfunction in〈35 years old patients was obviously higher than that of in≥35 years old patients. The severity of CP/CPPS was positively correlated with mental disorders, but had no correlation with the severity of sexual dysfunction. Conclusion It was very important to mention the treatment of mental and sexual dysfunction during treatment of CP/CPPS.
