Discussion on scientific development and construction of retirement economy in Diebu forest zone

随着集体林权制度改革、国有林场改革及国有林区天然林保护工程的深入实施,林下经济已经成为林业转型发展、林区二次创业的战略性产业。近年来作为农林产业结合发展的新模式,在促进和增加职工农民收入、拓宽就业渠道、培育保护林木资源、增加林地生物多样性等方面具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。因此,合理、有序的开发和利用林下资源,发展林下经济,实现林下经济和林下资源的可持续健康发展,显得尤为重要。

With reforms of collective forest right system and state-owned forest farms, and the in-depth implementation of the Natural Forest Protection Project, the retirement economy has become a strategic industry with forestry restructured and forest area starting a new undertaking, as a new model combined with agriculture and forestry which has good economic, social and ecological benefits in recent years in following aspects： to promote and increase the farmers＇ income, broaden employment channels, breed and protect forest resources, and increase woodland biodiversity. Therefore, reasonable and orderly development and utilization of retirement resources to develop retirement economy and carry out sustainable and healthy development of the retirement resources and retirement economy, it is particularly important.
