摘要
目前市场上广泛应用着的轮胎成型机,普遍存在着压制轮胎过程中轮胎胎面压不实、轮胎胎层有气泡的现象。本文采用新设计技术,追求轮胎成型机动点与轮胎断面曲线符合程度最好,从而设计确定成型机主体六杆机构的尺寸。
At present, Tire building machines usually have the phenomenon of tire tread false pressure and tire layer bubbles widely. In this paper, a new design technology is used to seek the best relevance between the tire building maneuver point and the tire section curves, thus to determine the size of six-bar mechanism of the building machine.
