乳化剂对沥青性能的影响研究

RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF EMULSIFIER ON PERFORMANCE OF ASPHALT

将乳化沥青的残留物做三大指标试验,并与被乳化前的基质沥青三大指标进行对比,分析并提出乳化剂对沥青性能影响的因素,从而提出乳化剂的选用不当导致影响乳化沥青材料性能。试验表明:乳化剂的用量和种类都会改变沥青乳化后的各项指标,而沥青的延度受到乳化剂的影响较大,软化点基本不受乳化剂的影响,而针入度受到乳化剂有一定的影响。因此,在配制乳化沥青时,应充分的考虑到所需乳化沥青的各项指标,选用乳化剂时候应慎重。

We do three-big index tests on the residues of the emulsified asphalt,compared with the previous and analyzed the factors of the emulsifier on performance of asphalt emulsifier, thus put forward the selection due to influence on material of emulsified asphalt. Experiments show that ： the amount of emulsifier and the emulsified asphalt types will change the indexs, and the ductility of bitumen is affected by emulsifier, softening point of bitumen is unaffected the emulsifier,and the penetration index of bitumen has certain effect in emulsifier. Therefore, in the preparation of emulsified asphalt, should fully take into account of the needs of emulsified asphalt indicators,when selec emulsifier should be cautious.
