摘要
探讨了采用球团烧结工艺进行铬铁粉矿预处理的方法,研究了烧结温度、烧结时间和配碳量对烧结矿性能的影响。结果表明,烧结温度在1 300~1 350℃范围内变化时,烧结温度越高得到烧结矿的抗压强度越大;当烧结时间超过10 min后,烧结时间对熟球的抗压强度无明显影响。在熟球团实验的基础上进行了30~40 kg级的烧结杯实验,产品性能的检测实验结果表明,可采用球团烧结工艺获得适合大型铬铁矿热炉冶炼所需的球团矿,该烧结工艺与普通烧结工艺相比,生产效率有大幅度提高。
A pelletizing and sintering process was used to pre-treat the ferrochrome fines. Sintering temperature, time and carbon content used for sintering was investigated on the effect of compressive strength of products. When temperature was ranging from 1 300-1 350℃, higher temperature made higher strength products. While sintering time has no big effect on the compressive strength of the sinter in case of sintering time was longer than 10 min. The 30-40 kg level experiments have been run in a sintering pot based on ripe pelletizing experiment and products were done performance testing. The results shown that products obtained from current method could be used in big furnace without any problem, besides, the sintering efficiency was much higher than the normal sintering process.
