摘要
通过对高碳锰铁电炉铁口砖在生产中损坏机理的研究,有针对性地采取了一些措施,改进了出铁口的结构,提升了材料品质,即炉口区采用整体钻孔半石墨炭-碳化硅砖,并在出铁口区镶嵌高导热、耐冲刷、抗热震性能优良的石墨套,延长了出铁口的使用寿命,并从材质上解决了铁口粘渣铁现象,提高了铁口砖耐剥落、耐冲刷、抗氧化性能,且铁口施工、维护方便。
Researched the damaged mechanism of HC FeMn furnace taphole brick in production, adopted some measures to improve the structure of taphole, promoted material quality, namely, fire hole uses the whole drilling semigraphite carbon-silicon carbide brick, inset the graphite sleeve with high heat conduction, erosion corrosion, fine thermal shock resistance in the taphole, prolonged its working life, solved the bonded slag problem in terms of material quality, improved the peel strength, erosion corrosion, antioxygenic property, and its construction and maintenance is convenient.
