摘要
针对传统企业绩效评价指标的单一性和主观性问题开展研究,构建了水泥企业科技创新绩效评价指标体系。阐述了利用主成分分析法构建科技创新绩效评价的数学思路和模型建立。依据河南省十家水泥企业科技创新绩效各指标初始数据,采用该模型运用数学软件MATLAB编程对原始数据进行标准化处理,并求得指标的相关矩阵、特征值和贡献率;计算出十家水泥企业的科技创新绩效得分,对各水泥企业的科技创新绩效得分进行了排序。提出了在当前水泥行业产能过剩的背景下,开展水泥企业科技创新绩效评价是行业的发展趋势和企业增强竞争力的必然选择。
Utilize of principal component analysis to build mathematical idea and modeling for performance evaluation of scientific and technological innovation, to build a cement enterprise technological innovation performance evaluation index system. Based on ten cement enterprises in Henan province science and technology Innovation performance indicators initial data obtained indicators matrix eigenvalue and contribution rate; ten cement enterprises technological innovation performance score calculated, scientific and technological innovation performance of the cement companies score sort. In current cement industry overcapacity context, to carry out scientific and technological innovation performance evaluation of cement companies is the inevitable choice of industry development trend and enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.
