摘要
目的分析基于患者角度的手术室护理岗位设置以及业务流程,为构建手术室护理管理新模式提供依据。方法以资料分析法、工作日志法及问卷调查法等工作分析法,多维度地对上海市某三级甲等综合性医院的手术室护理岗位及其业务流程进行分析。结果外科患者在围手术期共经历3个时期、5个阶段、135项护理服务项目,并在手术室内经历6次不同护理人员的病情交接。结论我国目前手术室护理岗位设置尚不完善,不利于手术室护理的专科发展。
Objective To analyze the nursing post and process in operating room based on the patientg point, so as to provide references for the build of suitable model of nursing management in operating room. Methods A muhi - dimentional method was used to analyze the nursing post and process in a 3A - level hospital in Shanghai,which was used by approachs of data analysis, daily job record and questionnaire. Results Generally, surgical patients experienced 3 periods,5 stages, and 135 nursing services during peri -operative time,and would experience six times of handover by different nurses. Conclusion The setting of nursing posts in operating room in China is not perfect, and it is not conductive to the speciliazed development of nursing in operating room.
