摘要
目的构建护理部干事岗位胜任力指标体系,为科学地选拔、培训护理部干事提供依据。方法采用文献查阅、专家咨询法对护理部干事岗位胜任力指标体系进行筛选和论证。结果形成了护理部干事岗位胜任力指标体系,包括专业与认知特征、行政与技能特征、发展与人际特征及自我概念特征4项一级指标,23项二级指标。结论护理部干事岗位胜任力指标体系主要用于医院人力资源调配、护理部干事的选拔和培训。
Objective To establish a competency index system for administrative secretary of nursing department,thus to provide a basis for the scientific selection and training of secretary of nursing department. Methods Through literature review and expert consultation method, the competency index system for administrative secretary was screened and identified. Results The competency index system for secretary of nursing department consisted of four first - level index and 23 items that were professional attitude and knowledge,administration and skills, interpersonal relationship and development and self- concept. Conclusion The competency inder system can be used for hospital human resource allocation, selecting and training administrative secretary of nursing department.
