精神分裂症患者住院初期睡眠障碍及影响因素调查

Investigation of the status and influencing factors of sleep disorder in patients with schizophrenia at early hospitalization stage

目的探讨精神分裂症患者住院初期睡眠障碍发生情况及其影响因素,为进一步干预提供临床依据。方法选取100例精神分裂症患者,在其入院第2周末,使用阳性与阴性症状量表、副反应量表和匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表进行测评,探讨睡眠障碍的影响因素。结果患者匹茨堡睡眠质量评分(13.85±4.63)分,62例(62.00%)患者存在睡眠障碍;多元回归分析显示,副反应、一般精神病理因子、性别、户籍和婚姻状况是其影响因素。结论精神分裂症患者住院初期睡眠障碍发生率较高,要有针对性地进行护理干预,以改善患者睡眠状况。

Objective To investigate the satus and influencing factors of sleep disorder in patients with schizophrenia at early hospitalization stage, thus to provide clinical data for further intervention. Methods One hunderd patients with schizophrenia were investigated two weeks after admission by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） ,the Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale （TESS） and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） to explore the influencing factors of sleep disorder. Results The score of PSQI in the group was （ 13.85 ± 4.63 ）. Sity - two patients were in the status of sleep disorder. Multiple regres- sion analysis showed that subsidiary reaction, general psychiatric symptoms, gender, household registration and marital status were influencing factors. Conclusion The prevalence of sleep disorder is high among the patients with schizophrenia at early hospitalization stage. The targeted nursing interventions must be done to improve their sleep.
