运用标准化护理深化优质护理服务

Application of standardization of nursing service on deepening the quality nursing care

目的通过实施标准化护理深化优质护理服务。方法制订基础护理、护士日常工作内容、患者评估、健康教育、知情同意、护士语言行为、环境维护、出入院护理8项标准,经专家论证后实施。结果提高了各项基础护理合格率、患者知晓率、家属知晓率及患者满意度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论开展标准化护理有利于提高护理工作质量及患者满意度,从而深化优质护理服务。

Objective Through the implementation of standardized nursing,to deepen quality nursing service. Method Eight standards were developed after experts＇ discuss, including fundamental nursing, nursing daily routine, patients＇ assessment, health education, informed consent, nurses＇ verbal behavior, environment maintainance, admission and discharge nursing. Results The qualified rates of fundamental nursing, patients＇ awareness rate, awareness rate of patients family members and patients satisfaction were all increased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing helps to improve the quality of nursing care and patients＇satisfaction, thereby deepen the quality nursing service.
