根本原因分析法在PICC安全管理中的应用与效果

Application and effects of root cause analysis in the safety management of PICC

目的探讨根本原因分析法在PICC安全管理中的应用与效果。方法采用根本原因分析法找出PICC安全管理问题的根本原因,制订并实施改进措施,加强PICC专科培训和质量持续改进,比较应用根本原因分析法前后的效果。结果应用根本原因分析法后,PICC主要并发症发生率下降(P<0.05),穿刺成功率及患者满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论使用根本原因分析法可有效保障PICC置管患者的安全,是PICC安全管理的有效方法。

Objective To explore the application and effects of root cause analysis in the safety management of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods The root causes of security issues in PICC were found Out using the method of root cause analysis（ RCA）, the improvement measures were made and implemented, the specialized training of PICC and continuous quality improvement were enhanced, then comparing the effects before and after the ap- plieation of RCA. Results After implemention the method of RCA, the incidence of major complications was reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sucess rate of paraeentesis and patients＇ satisfaction were increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The use of RCA can effectively ensure the safety of PICC patients and it is an effective method of PICC safety management.
