摘要
高炉热风炉燃烧系统是一个具有大惯性、纯滞后、分布参数非线性的系统,PID调节以及双交叉限幅PID控制在热风炉燃烧系统中控制效果不理想、超调量和响应时间的矛盾不能解决、系统抗干扰的能力比较差;在热风炉的控制中,采用双交叉限幅控制和模糊控制相结合的方法,并用西门子公司的S7-400实现了双交叉限幅和模糊控制,得到了比较好的控制效果。
Hot stove combustion system of the blast furnace is a nonlinear system featured with large inertia, pure hysteresis and distributed parameters, the control result of PID regulation and double-crossing limit PID control in the hot stove combustion system is not ideal, the contradiction between the overshoot magnitude and the response time can not be solved, the anti-interference ability of the system is weak. In the control practice of hot stove, a method of combining double crossinglimit control and fuzzy control which uses SIEMENS S7-400 is applied and a good control result has been achieved.
