摘要
雷管的轴向起爆能力是雷管性能的重要参数之一。本文通过雷管爆炸后轴向输出冲击波和底壳飞行速度的理论计算和实验测定,研究了平底雷管的轴向起爆能力,结果表明,轴向起爆能力主要是冲击波和破片共同作用的结果,由于冲击波速度随距离衰减,而破片则随距离先加速再衰减,所以共同作用的结果使轴向输出在离雷管底部较近处出现最小值,较远处出现最大值。本文提出的理论计算和实验测定方法对今后设计新型雷管和预估雷管的轴向起爆能力具有一定的参考价值。
The axial initiating ability of a detonator is one of the important parameters among its properties. The present paper studies the axial initiating ability of plain bottom detonators by deducing the shock wave velocity and the fragment velocity both theoretically and experimentally. It is found that the initiating ability of plain bottom detonators, within a certain distance, is the result of actions of the two main factors, namely the shock wave and fragments. Since the velocity of the shock wave decays with time and the velocity of the fragments at first accelerates in an undulating manner and then decays, the plain bottom detonator has its minimum output somewhere not too distant from the bottom of the detonator and a maximum output at some farther distance. The techniques for theoretical calculation and experimental measurements are presented and the results discussed.
