中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical observation on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的对中西结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的治疗方法和疗效进行研究。方法 64例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用口服西药治疗,治疗组给予中西医结合治疗。结果治疗组治愈12例,好转18例,总有效率93.7%;对照组治愈8例,好转15例,总有效率71.9%。治疗组例在综合疗效及总有效率方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定,且具有明显优势,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis therapeutic methods and efficacy study. Methods 64 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was treated with western medicine treatment, the treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Results The treatment group [2 cases cured, 18 cases improved, the total effective rate was 93.7% ; the control group 8 cases were cured, 15 cases improved, the total efficiency of 71.9%. The treatment group patients in comprehensive curative effect and the total efficiency is obviously superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis has curative effect and obvious advantages, which is worth the clinical promotion.
