66例小儿上呼吸道感染的临床分析

Clinical analysis of upper respiratory tract infections in 66 cases of children

目的探讨阿莫西林联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法对我院儿科收治的66例小儿上呼吸感染患者进行回顾性分析,总结患者的临床资料和临床特点,将患者随机分组,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用阿莫西林治疗,观察组采用阿莫西林联合利巴韦气雾剂林治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总体治疗效果的总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90.07%,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效及安全性均较好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin in combination with ribavirin aerosol treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Observation group of 66 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital pediatric upper respiratory infection patients into retrospective analysis, summary of clinical data and clinical characteristics of the patients, the patients randomized into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with amoxicillin, amoxiciUin combined with ribavirin treatment of aerosol forest, observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The overall therapeutic effect of the observation group, the total effective rate was 100% in the control group, the total effective rate of 90.07%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Amoxicillin in combination with ribavirin has good efficacy and safe effect on aerosol treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection.
