宫颈LEEP术后各类生物止血材料的应用以及护理体会

Application of different biological hemostatic materials in cervical LEEP and nursing experience after operation

目的探讨宫颈LEEP术的护理要点及术后并发症护理中生物止血材料的止血消炎效果,观察其安全性,合理性,可行性,有效性。方法将243例因各类宫颈疾病在门诊行LEEP术治疗的患者随机分成三组,两组术后使用不同的生物止血材料,而另一组不使用任何药物进行治疗,分别对其术后的创面愈合情况及阴道流血情况,阴道排液,阴道分泌物进行观察分析。结果术后护理中观察组发现创面愈合良好,愈合时间缩短(P<0.05);观察组阴道出血量和出血时间明显减少和缩短,阴道排液和异味明显好转(P<0.05)。结论宫颈LEEP刀术后各类生物止血材料的应用在宫颈疾病的治疗和护理中具有良好的效果。

Objective To explore the key points of nursing cervical LEEP operation and the nursing during the operation complication using biological hemostatic materials, to observe the security, rationality, feasibility and availability to evaluate their hemostatie and diminish inflammation effect. Methods 243 cases which accepted cervical LEEP operation in clinic for different cervical diseases were divided into three groups randomly. Two groups of them treated with different biological haemostatic materials after the operation, while the other group treated with nothing while observed the recovery situation of cervical wound, vaginal bleeding, vaginal draining and vaginal secretion. Results We discovered that in experimental group the cervical wound coalesced better and required less time to recovery （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. And in experimental group, the amount and period of vaginal bleeding were shortened obviously, vaginal draining and unpleasant smell improved significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of biological hemostatic materials after cervical LEEP operation had great effect on treating and nursing cervical diseases.
