摘要 以小功率加热体为监控对象,组态王6.55为软件平台,研华公司通信模块ADAM-4520、模拟量输入模块ADAM-4117、模拟量输出模块ADAM-4024为硬件设备,设计了一种小功率加热体温度控制系统,并根据控制系统的整体方案,进行了硬件实现、通信设置和软件设计。系统调试结果表明,各设备之间兼容性较好,系统运行稳定可靠,操作方便,实验效果良好,既可用于科研、教学、培训等相关工作,也可广泛应用于涉及温度对象的工业控制领域。 The design of temperature control system of low power heating body is realized by taking low power heating body for monitoring objects,taking KingView6.55 for software platform,taking the communication module ADAM-4520,the analog input module ADAM-4117 and the analog output module ADAM-4024 for the hardware equipment.The hardware,communication settings and software are designed,which is based on the whole scheme of the control system.Experimental results show that the compatibility between devices is good.
