摘要 设计了保护控制系统,对小汽机润滑油系统,主轴的位移及振动,汽机的真空度等信号进行实时监控并对超限信号采取保护措施,控制系统保护逻辑采用PLC实现。系统采用欧姆龙CS1D系列PLC,并根据欧姆龙公司的HOST-LINK通讯方式实现数据交换。系统配有多种I/O单元,可实现各种控制方案。现场运行实践表明,设计的基于PLC的小汽轮机保护控制系统运行稳定可靠,结构简明高效,很好地解决了发电厂小汽轮机的监控保护问题。 In this paper,a control system based on PLC for protection of the turbines is presented.Oiling system,vibration and displacement of axis and vacuum condition of the turbines are monitored and controlled in real time and some specific protection measures are used in case of over-limitation of the monitored parameters.Control logic are implemented with PLC.Omron series PLC are used in the presented system and data exchanges are implemented in HOST-LINK communication fashion proposed by Omron Co.Ltd.Diversified I/O modules are used in the system and various control logic are implemented.The operational practice showed that the presented system is simple in structure stable and efficient in operation,which provided a good approach for the turbine protection in power plants.
