摘要
本文在全面总结环渤海区域招商引资现状特点的同时,深入分析问题与不足;立足历史数据,通过建立基于因子分析方法的区域招商引资潜力分析模型,深入探讨环渤海区域招商引资投资环境,分析总结区域招商引资潜力主要影响因素及影响作用强弱,并建立环渤海区域招商引资潜力分析指标体系;最后从区域、区域内各省市以及滨海新区三个层面提出有针对性的对策建议。
On the basis of comprehensive summing up the current charactersand trend of development in Circum-Bohai-Sea region, this paper pointed out the problems and shortcomings. By the establishment of a regional investment potential model using factor analysis, this paper discussed the regional investment environment, calculated the investment potential composite index, and pointed out important factors influencing the regional investment process. Finally, we put forward suggestions of regional investment accordingly in terms of region, provinces and cities, and Binhai New Area.
