摘要
随机采取22份生鲜乳进行部分掺假成份及农药残留（DDT，硝酸盐）进行检验，检出掺碱乳8份，掺米汤乳1份，掺豆浆乳4份，但没有发现DDT、硝酸盐的残留。
22 fresh cow milk samples randomly collected from healthy cows were detected.The studies have been carried out in order to test if there were adulterate compositions and pesticide remains in milk. Results showed that 8 samples mixed with alkaline substance, 1 sample mixed with millet gruel and 4 samples mixed with soyo-bean milk, but no samples were detected positively for DDT and Nitrate in the tested milk.
