基于心理契约的并购企业人力资源整合研究 被引量:2

摘要 企业并购会带来心理契约变动,如果企业不能与员工重新确立心理契约,则员工就会利用自身拥有的权利进行抵抗,从而增加企业的交易费用和合作成本,最终损害并购绩效。本文基于心理契约对企业并购中的人力资源整合进行了理论分析和实证研究,实证结果发现我国企业在并购过程中对交易型契约、平衡性心理契约和关系型契约都缺乏足够的关心。最后,本文还提出基于心理契约的企业并购人力资源整合模式,以实现并购价值的最大化。
