摘要
为了不受季节的限制 ,能为大型花展或相关博览会届时提供柑橘凤蝶成虫 ,以提高观赏效果和整体效应 ,特进行了不同温度与光照长度对柑橘凤蝶越冬蛹羽化的影响研究 .结果表明 ,柑橘凤蝶越冬蛹的发育起点温度为 1 0 .3676℃ ,有效积温为 1 97.571 5日度 .在 2 2℃温度条件下 ,1 0h光照比 1 3h光照处理晚羽化 3d.柑橘凤蝶的雌雄性比为 1∶2 .2 5,越冬蛹死亡率为 35%
In order to get rid of the limitation of seasons,supply the large scale flower show and the corresponding fair with the adult Papilio xuthus Linnaeus in time,improve the effect of appreciation and integration,we studied the effect of different temperature and lighting length on the eclosion of overwintering chrysalis of Papilio xuthus Linnaeus.The results showed:The developmental starting point temperature of Papilio xuthus Linnaeus is 10.367 6 ℃,the valid accumulated temperature is 197.571 5 ℃·D.The date of eclosion for 10 hours'lighting per day is three days later than that of 13 hours'lighting per day on the condition of 22 ℃.The rate of male and female is 1∶2.25,the dead ratio of overwintering chrysalis is 36%.
