摘要
本文在分析了高冲击下弹带材料应变特性的基础上,建立了用二阶系统模拟弹丸挤进过程的计算方法,并经过实验及线性相似系统理论确定了挤进阻力项,得到了挤进阻力随膛压变化的规律。从理论结果和实验结果的对比来看,所建立的数学物理模型较好地模拟了挤进过程。
Based on an analysis of the strain characteristics of the band material under conditions of strong impact, this paper puts forward a calculation method for the modeling of the projectile ongraving process taken as a second-order dynamic system. Variation of the engraving drag with the pressure in gun barrel is obtained through experiments and linear analogy system theory. It is seen that the mathematical-phsical model established can be used to model quite closely the engraving process, as judged from a compurison between the results of theoretical calculation and experiments.
