对延安的基本情况和实施山川秀美工程总的思路作了简要介绍 ,并提出坚持依靠科学、走“高标准、高起点、高技术”
The basic situation and primary direction of engineering of beautiful mountain and river in Yan'an region were briefly introduced here.Further,the key on executing great engineering was posed that guided by the principle of“high level construction,high starting point and high sci tech”.
