摘要
从伞形科前胡属植物泰山前胡〔Peucedanumwawrii (Wolff)Su〕的根中分离得到 8个化合物 ,通过理化常数和波谱学方法确定其结构 ,分别是 :Pd 1b(Ⅴ ) ,peucedanocoumarinⅡ (Ⅵ )、中甸前胡素 (d laserpitinⅦ )、佛手柑内酯(bergaptenⅣ )、甘露醇 (d mannitolⅠ )、二十六烷酸 (hexacosanoicacidⅢ )、β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterolⅡ )和胡萝卜甙(daucosterolⅧ )。以上化合物均首次从该种植物中得到。
Eight compounds were isolated from the root of \%Peucedanum wawrii \%(Wolff) Su By means of physico\|chemical data and spectra analysis (UV, IR,\ \+\{1\}HNMR,\ \+\{13\}CNMR), their structures were elucidated as Pd\|1b (Ⅴ), peucedanocoumarin Ⅱ (Ⅵ), d\|laserpitin (Ⅶ), bergapten (Ⅳ), d\|mannitol (Ⅰ), hexacosanoic acid (Ⅲ), β\|sitosterol (Ⅱ) and daucosterol (Ⅷ). These compounds were found in this species for the first time.
