摘要
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was employed to comparatively analyse the soluble protein zones of \%Cordyceps sinensis \%(Berk.) Sacc. from Qinghai, Yunnan, Sichuan Provinces and fermentative hyphae of \%Cordyceps sinensis \%from 4 factories. The results indicated that there are differences in constituents of protein zones among different samples. The soluble protein zones of different sections of \%Cordyceps sinensis \%are obviously different. This study can provide scientific basis for identification and quality evaluation of \%Cordyceps sinensis\%.
