摘要
本文将冷等离子体聚合技术应用于推进剂药柱包覆,制备出了与药柱化学相容性好、附着力强、力学性能匹配、抗NG迁移和与包覆层粘接性优良的复合阻挡层,解决了推进剂装药中存在的NG迁移和包覆层脱粘问题,开辟了推进剂包覆技术的新领域。
The development of a new composite barrier layer on the surface of double base solid propellants is presented, utilizing the plasma polymerization technique. The barrier layer is compatible with the grain. It sticks fast with both the double base solid propellant and the inhibitor coating of the propellant and will not crack upon temperature changes. Besides, the anti plasticizer migration (including NG) property is most satisfactory. The technique solves the problem of migration as well as failure at the inhibitor-propellant interface that usually arise in solid propellant charges, thus introducing a new technology in inhibitor coating of propellants.
